Key assembly features:

  • Pedestals are attached to modesty panel with 10 screws. Resists pedestal sagging and collapse.
  • Side panels are attached to pedestal with 5 - 8 extra long screws and bracketed to top, depending on size which resists side panel failure while moving furniture.
  • Cam locks are used only on Hutches and Bookcases, not heavy items like Desks, Credenzas and Reception units which need stronger assembly methods.
  • 9- ply UV coated birch plywood drawers resist moisture and spills and have superior strength.
  • Independent drawer fronts allow easy replacement of damaged fronts caused by chairs.
  • Synthetic wood glues used on pedestal and molding assembly providing superior strength and rigidity.
  • 100 % Solid hardwood molding, with tongue and grooved method used on most moldings prevents edge detachment and allows for refinishing of damaged moldings.
